About This Project

In the heart of Sandbanks, Poole sits this amazing plot. Whilst small, the self-builder has truly maximised the potential of this replacement home.

 

This visual was produced as a marketing CGI to assist in the sale of the development off plan and as reassurance to the owner of how the building was going to look before the ground was broken. The development is a remodel and adds an additional storey to the existing bungalow, resulting in a fabulous contemporary home. We visualised the property to accentuate the gabled addition, and the outdoor living theme of the development.
