About This Project

The respectful transformation of this period cottage allowed Inkspace to take a small space to a functional family home. Using a mix of contemporary and traditional detail allows an open plan layout, keeping the character of the existing cottage.

 

Inkspace asked visualloft to create a CGI, visualising the proposed elements set against the existing building. In this instance, the existing building was also in need of refreshing, so a photomontage was chosen as the best type of 3D visual to show it in true context. The existing building in this case was also modelled which enabled us to refresh where needed. We were able to model and visualise the existing building with the proposed details while matching the existing brick exterior.
