About This Project

We were fortunate to work with the developer on the redevelopment of this impressive building in Alum Chime, Bournemouth. The development involved a sensitive remodel with the splitting of this single dwelling into 2 adjoined homes.

 

visualloft produced a marketing CGIs to assist in the sale of both properties. The initial intension was to refresh photos of the existing building to begin marketing. It became clear that while the work was being undertake at the site the exterior of the existing building needed a lot of work. To resolve this, we completed an entire 3D model of the exiting building which enabled us to show the build in the visuals as good as it was going to look on completion.
